need Anets email
Iv been banned in gw on one of my accounts, and i havnt done anything wrong at least i dont think so.
i checked my email to see if anet emailed me saying why, and no email. is there a email i can send a email to, so that i can sort out this problem? |

guildwars.com, support and tehn ask a question. This will redirect you to the PlayNC knowledge base from there you can submit a support ticket for GW.

Goto support.guildwars.com and fill out a support ticket. Before you do though, think to yourself
1) did I buy gold from ebay, etc 2) did I have a 3rd party program running that simulates keyboard commands 3) do I have a keycatcher accidentally installed that may have allowed an outside party to hack my account 1 and 2 are against the EULA and I wish you luck in getting your account back, 3 if you can prove it is a whole other kettle of fish. |
